Jacey is a Southern California native. She and her family have settled down in Blue Springs after her husband transitioned out of the Marine Corps in 2014. She joins our office with more than five years of dental experience and truly enjoys what she does.
Jacey spends her free time with her husband Tony, her son Chase, and her pekepoo, Layla Mae. She enjoys hosting dinner and cooking for her closest friends. If not in the kitchen, you can find Jacey outside. She loves walking, playing tennis, hiking or playing at the park with her family.
Hannah joins the Precision Dental family bringing with her 5 years of experience in the dental field. She treasures patient interactions and loves helping our patients anyway she can. Hannah has a true passion for what she does and it shows!
Hannah graduated from Ray-Pec in 2012, and has lived in Lee’s summit for the last six years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son Cohen. She also enjoys get-togethers with friends, trying new Pinterest recipes, visiting her family farm, going for walks and all things outdoors!!!
After graduating from UMKC in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Education, Scarlett spent the next five years as a High School English Teacher. All in all, she spent eight years working with students of all ages.
While she loved her students and subject dearly, she decided to pursue a lifelong curiosity in the field of dentistry. She joins the Precision team as a Hygiene Assistant and Office Floater. She is so excited to embark on this new journey and is honored to join such a strong and encouraging team of women!
Scarlett is a Blue Springs girl through and through. She comes from a family of creatives , so in her spare time she enjoys singing, interior design, and working on her growing collection of poetry. Her family, friends, and fiancé, Joshua, are the grounding presence in her daily life and are given the most of her time and energy.
As a lifelong resident of the area, Dr. Micah Snyder graduated from Blue Springs South High School in 2001, University of Missouri- Kansas City in 2006 with her bachelors degree in Communication Studies, and with her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from UMKC School of Dentistry in 2011. After graduation, Dr. Snyder had the honor to stay on as clinical faculty at UMKC's School of Dentistry until starting in Private Practice. It doesn't matter if it is a child on their first visit to the dentist or a patient who has worn dentures for years, Dr. Snyder has had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients during her years in private practice.
Although growing up in Blue Springs, Dr. Snyder has just recently moved to Lee's Summit with her husband Mark, and their daughter Asher. Asher joined the family in April of 2013 and has quickly become the light of their lives. Dr. Snyder also has a cat, Zsa-Zsa and dogs Finney and Circe that round out the immediate family. Dr. Snyder loves spending time with her extended family. Her mom, Debbie Gray, a former music teacher in the Blue Springs School District lives very close, so they get to see each other frequently.

After graduating from Central High school in Kansas City, MO, Kisa joined the US Army as an Air Traffic Controller. She served five years and then returned to her hometown. She graduated from UMKC with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2010. Dentistry falls in line with her love of teeth and working with her hands. It’s a match made in heaven, as they say. Kisa enjoys reading, baking, tinkering, and spending time with her sons Devin, Jayson, and Cameron.
Sierra graduated in 2017 with a degree in dental assisting from Ivy Tech in Indiana. Her family now calls Lone Jack home, after her husband transitioned out of the Marine Corps.
Sierra has a passion for the art of dentistry and patient care. You may see her at your new patient appointment welcoming you to the office, helping you through restorative procedures, or even polishing your teeth.
Outside of work Sierra enjoys spending time with her husband Trevor and their daughter Dakota. They spend their time outdoors, caring for their pets, and going to the movies.
Lindsey graduated from Lee's Summit North in 2001. She started in the dental field in 2002 as a front office employee and then became a dental assistant. Lindsey completed her dream of being a registered dental hygienist in 2011 when she received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Concorde Career College. Lindsey shows passion in her work while delivering gentle but thorough care to her patients. Outside the office Lindsey enjoys spending time with her children Landry, Emerson and Haylyn, her husband, Lee, and their 6 dogs at their home in Oak Grove, Mo.
